Advantages:

Быстрота заселения. Хозяйка приветливая и отзывчивая. Квартира на первом этаже. Имеется холодильник. Постельное бельё чистое. Были предоставлены тапочки. В каждой комнате - телевизор. В мартовскую погоду около подъезда было затруднительно поставить машину на стоянку - небольшое болото и грязь. Но поставить можно было на дороге рядом.

Disadvantages:

Поменять чайник на кухне. Так как был первый заказ от меня, то хозяйка не успела пересмотреть посуду в столе. Посуду надо отсортировать и лишнюю убрать.
