Advantages:

Светлая, просторная, удобное расположение.

Disadvantages:

Старый холодильник с неприятным запахом, который отсутствует на фото. Грязь между швов плитки в ванной комнате. Очень неудобный матрас, чувствуется каждая пружинка. Ну и мелкие недостатки по мебели и ремонту.
